MOTHER: -There's a lot of fruit juice, you can have some.
But there's no Coke, sorry! You can't have any!
d. WILLIAM: -Is there ... milk left?
KATE: -No, we need to buy...
WILLIAM: -What else do we need?
KATE: -Buy... flour and ... eggs too, we can make pancakes
this afternoon!
WILLIAM: -Great idea!

    Explications :

    Pour les phrases affirmatives, on emploie "some".

    Pour les phrases interrogatives, on emploie :

    - some quand on attend une réponse affirmative

    - any lorsqu’on n’a aucune idée de la réponse

    Dans les phrases négatives, on emploie :

    - any si la phrase contient une négation  

    pour traduire "beaucoup de", on utilise a lot of plutôt dans les phrases affirmatives
