On sait que

[tex]a = \frac{f(5) - f(3)}{5 - 3} \\ a = \frac{ - 4 - ( - 2)}{5 - 3} \\ = \frac{ - 4 + 2}{5 - 3} \\ = \frac{ - 2}{ 2} = - 1[/tex]

Déterminons b

On sait que

[tex]b = f(x) - ax[/tex]

donc

[tex]b= f(5) - ( - 1) \times 5 \\ = - 4 - ( - 5) \\ = - 4 + 5 \\ = 1[/tex]

[tex]f(x) = ax + b = - 1x + 1 = - x + 1[/tex]
