a.   f'(x) = 3x² - 42x + 120

x₁ = (14-6)/2 = 4

x₂ = (14+6)/2 = 10

factorisation: a ( x - x₁) ( x - x₂)

f'(x) = 3 ( x - 4 ) ( x - 10 )

    x-4 = 0     ou         x - 10 = 0
